• The rinsing-flip mechanism is driven by a servo motor, providing stable flipping motion with adjustable flipping time and angle.
• The filling nozzles are controlled by pneumatic angle seat valves, which are highly durable even in humid environments. The valve bodies are made of SUS304 stainless steel, meeting food hygiene standards.
• Each filling head is individually controlled by a water pump, allowing independent adjustment of the liquid level of the first filling head. This ensures consistent filling accuracy across all heads during production.
• The capping mechanism is driven directly by a miniature motor with adjustable speed, allowing the rotation speed to be tailored to different cap sizes. The bi-directional bottle-neck clamping positioning system is compatible with a wide range of bottle types. When switching to other bottle formats, only the height of the capping unit needs to be adjusted accordingly.
